Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Growthsky Infotech ("we", "us" or "our") handles information you submit through this website when you request a free website demo.

1. Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:

We also record basic technical information to keep the form working and free of spam: the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address used for rate limiting. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to identify your business, prepare your website demo, send it to you by WhatsApp and/or email, follow up about that demo, and keep this website secure. We use campaign information to understand which of our ads and links work. We don't use your request as permission to send unrelated marketing.

3. Public business information

The Google Maps link you provide lets us reference the correct business. Details that are publicly visible on your listing, such as your name, address, hours, photos and reviews, may be used to prepare the requested demo. Please only submit a business you are authorized to represent.

4. Sharing and service providers

Requests are received through Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and then moved into our own customer records. We may use service providers to deliver email, send WhatsApp messages, or keep a copy of requests in a spreadsheet or CRM, only as needed to handle your request. We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

5. Your browser

If you start the form and close it, your answers (but never your phone number or email) are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. They are removed once you submit.

If you accept cookies in the banner, this website loads the Meta Pixel, a measurement tag from Meta Platforms. If you decline, it isn’t loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. It tells us when someone who saw our ads on Facebook or Instagram visits this page or sends a demo request, so we can see which ads work and show them to the right people. Meta may set cookies and receive information such as the page visited, your browser and your IP address, and processes it under its own privacy policy. If Meta's advanced matching is switched on, the pixel may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email or phone number you enter, so Meta can match the visit to your account. You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences.

6. Retention and security

We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, keep business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reply to any of our messages or use the contact details below.

8. Children

This service is meant for business owners and adults, not children under 18.

9. International visitors

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Privacy rights vary by location, and we respond to requests in line with applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
